    Broadband Bill H3508 Update

    Broadband Bill H3508 has passed the House and Senate. June 29th Governor Nikki Hailey signed into law the Broadband bill. We will have more information on the bill and its effect, if any, on the Oconee F.O.C.U.S. project.

    The Focus Fiber project is nearing the end of the Phase I construction and fiber installation is in progress. Planning has already begun for Phase II and we will be publishing maps of this Phase soon. As we continue the phased construction, we will begin to place segments of the network in service.
